The Windsor Warlocks rep teams had a very successful tournament in Guelph
this past weekend. The tyke, peewee and bantam teams all brought home gold
medals while the novice team settled for silver after a tough 6-5 loss to
Elora in the final. In the tyke final Windsor knocked off Whitby #2 8 - 4,
The peewee's needed overtime to beat a stubborn Sarnia squad 6-5, and the
bantam team came back from an early 2-0 deficit to win 7-4 against
Missisauga. |

W.M.L.A Field Team wins 'B' Bronze Metal at Provincials |

Congratulations to the Windsor Minor Lacrosse Peewee Field team for winning a "B" bronze medal at
last weekends Field Provincials. Windsor beat St Catherines 10-5 in the
Quarter Final and Burlington 9-6 in the Bronze Medal Game. 
Also, the Midget travel team won a gold medal at the Six Nations
Confederacy tournament. They won the gold medal game 9-5 over Six Nations #2. |

To all WMLA parents requiring a tax receipt for the 2009 lacrosse season. Please be advised that your receipt for the 2009 season is the yellow copy of your registration form with WMLA. You must hold on to your yellow copy in order to claim your registration fee for next year's income tax return. WMLA with not be issuing any other receipts for this purpose. Thank you. |
