Registration Details
If your child plans on trying out for a REP team please register ONLY for the REP team associated for this age group. Do NOT register for both HL & REP (Example - If your child is going to try out for U11 REP, please only register for U11 REP, not U11 HL).
If you require a FAMILY DISCOUNT - Please register your child without completing the payment process. Once registered. please email [email protected] and let the know that you require a discount. Once they apply this, you will be able to log back on and complete payment.
If you require FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE or payment plans, you must contact [email protected] once you register.
Methods of Payment
Online credit card payments and e-transfers ONLY will be accepted. If you would like to pay by e-transfer, please select the "Cheque" payment option during the registration process and complete registration until the final steps. Once completed you can etransfer [email protected]. If payment is not received, your registration will then be cancelled.
Payment plans are available. Contact the Registrar for more information. A first payment must be received before the Early Bird deadline expires in order that the fee increase does not take affect.
Subsidy programs such as Jumpstart, Kidsport, and Pathway to Potential are accepted. Your application must be processed prior to the start of the season.
Identification
You will be required to upload an electronic copy of the proof of age document you prefer (birth certificate or passport) if you are a new registrant. Previous members will have their identification on record with the Online Registration system.
Completeness - IMPORTANT INFORMATION
All players MUST fully register online with proof of age ID and payment made. If paying by e-transfer, the registration is NOT complete until payment is received by WWMLA.
Release Requirements
You must be registered and paid in full prior to the third Sunday in March in order to apply for release. The release form and instructions can be found under the Policies & Forms portion of our website.

Any registrations received after the February 16th, 2025 at 11:59 PM will be charged the Fee After Deadline price.

Family discounts available for 3 or more children.

Intermediate Players do not have to adhere to the registration deadline due to Junior tryouts.
