Our lacrosse association has the following two roles for officiating.
Referees - These are your typical officials on the floor responsible for enforcing the rules of the game. Referees must attend an Ontario Lacrosse Association (OLA) Referee clinic every year to be certified to referee in OLA. The clinics have a cost associated with them. The Windsor Warlocks Minor Lacrosse Association will reimburse successful applicants for this cost.
Minor Officials - These officials are found off the floor (in the timekeepers box) responsible for the running of the time clock and shot clocks. They are also responsible for completing the game sheets. Training for this position is provided in house by our association.
These roles are paid positions.
If you are interested in applying for one of these positions please contact one of the following people.
